As a Senior Associate on the Private Equity team, you will identify, evaluate, acquire, and actively manage direct, control private equity investments.

Responsibilities include :

  • Researching, analyzing, and evaluating new investment opportunities through industry research, competitor assessments, financial statement analysis, and financial modeling.
  • Developing financial models depicting historical and projected financial results.
  • Building relationships within banking, lending, and private equity sectors to source deals and identify new investment themes.
  • Preparing commercial and operational due diligence.
  • Assessing financial returns and risks of new investments.
  • Preparing internal investment presentations.
  • Managing existing portfolio companies by evaluating performance, researching tuck-in acquisitions, and supporting capital structure management including debt refinancing, tax planning, and capital budgeting.
  • Conducting financial reporting to support decision-making and participating in ad hoc operational projects.

Qualifications :

  • 4+ years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, private equity, or relevant fields.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a long-term investment perspective.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Commitment to staying current on relevant topics.
