Purpose: The Senior Associate, Platform Operations is responsible for supporting sales incentive, reporting (Qlik) and CRM implementation aligned to specific therapeutic teams. Accountability for the implementation and day-to-day administration of sales incentive and compensation plans. Responsible for supporting the business as a domain expert on CRM, reporting, data & analytics. Collaborate across diverse functions and levels within the organization to enable data-driven decision making.
Aligned to specific therapeutic areas, you will develop in-depth team-specific knowledge to support sales incentive, reporting (Qlik) and CRM implementation. As the key link between the business and data/IT, you are responsible for clearly and accurately translating business requirements into technical requirements, inputting into Jira (or similar) for IT execution, then testing and validating.
