Job description
About Other

Other. is raising the bar in Canadian advertising, setting a new standard for accountability, transparency, and opportunity.

We’re a privately owned Toronto-based team of 40, led by a small group of industry veterans. Recognized on the Globe & Mail’s list of Canada’s Top Growing Companies, we’re in an exciting growth stage and hiring key people to help us get there.

Our HQ is in Toronto, just steps from Union Station, with another office steps from Parliament Hill in Ottawa. We work on a flexible hybrid model with in-person time limited to monthly team or client meetings.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Associate to take ownership of paid media programs across Paid Social, Display, and Video. You’ll be in-platform daily, optimizing campaigns, driving insights, and tying everything back to client outcomes like CPL, CAC, and ROAS.

This is a role for someone who loves solving problems, making data tell a story, and seeing their work directly impact client success.

What You’ll Do
  • Run campaigns end-to-end: build, launch, optimize, and report across Paid Social channels, with additional exposure to Display and Video platforms.
  • Drive results: monitor performance, manage budgets, and optimize to business KPIs (not just platform metrics).
  • Experiment with intent: lead structured testing and creative rotations to find what works.
  • Translate data into action: deliver clear, concise insights and recommendations clients can act on.
  • Collaborate & mentor: partner with Client Services, Planning & Strategy, and Creative teams; support associates through knowledge-sharing and guidance.
  • Stay ahead: track industry shifts and apply new approaches to improve performance.
  • Own outcomes: take full accountability by addressing mistakes head-on and turning challenges into opportunities for improvement.
  • Help shape media strategy: deliver strategic and tactical channel recommendations that strengthen campaign planning and execution.
What You Bring
  • 2–4 years’ experience in paid media, ideally from an agency or media vendor.
  • Strong in-platform execution skills (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, YouTube, Display).
  • Ability to connect campaign performance to business results.
  • Analytical, organized, and comfortable managing complex accounts and budgets.
  • Clear, confident communicator who can simplify technical concepts.
What’s In It For You
  • Competitive salary with eligibility for performance bonuses.
  • Top-tier benefits: mental health coverage, major dental, annual health spending allowance, and more.
  • 4.5-day work week with a flexible hybrid model.
  • Modern offices in Toronto & Ottawa with free coffee, snacks, and wellness spaces.
  • Clear career path and growth opportunities designed by strategic HR organization.
  • A team that’s energetic, inclusive, and motivated to do great work together.
