Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Senior Associate or Associate Vice President (M&A). The role involves:

  1. Managing and executing multiple M&A transactions from start to finish, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and meeting project milestones.
  2. Leading the preparation and delivery of critical deal documents, including Confidential Information Memorandum (CIM), buyer lists, financial models, and client presentations.
  3. Facilitating key client calls and preparing clients for buyer meetings, negotiating offers, and managing the due diligence process.

Qualifications

  1. Partner & collaborate closely with Managing Directors to drive firm success.
  2. Collaborate with fellow VPs and Associates to drive team performance.
  3. Experience with Salesforce will be a strong asset.
  4. Proficiency in client communications and project management.
  5. Strong understanding of the three financial statements and key SaaS metrics.
  6. Ability to multitask and execute multiple mandates with minimal supervision.
  7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with dedication.
  8. Ability to negotiate offers, deal structures, transaction documents (including key issues), and all elements of deal consideration in M&A.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with private equity firms, potential buyers, and third-party professionals to extend and maintain Tequity’s network.
  10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a proven team player.
