• Integrating Open Source and vendor software to deliver automated solutions
• Strong Commitment to ongoing learning and self-improvement
• Exposure/Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or equivalent an advantage
• Prior experience in writing requirements beneficial
• Prior experience working in an agile IT environment an advantage
• Business process improvement and mapping skills (e.g., in MS Visio, DrawIO) is highly beneficial
• Familiarity with ADO, JIRA or other task planning applications a plus

Role Responsibilities

• Understanding and analyzing business issues and translating them into requirements and user stories
• Mapping the current and future processes, exploring, identifying, and testing new solutions for process re-engineering, digitization, and automation
• Designing, developing, and implementing process improvement tools and techniques including Workflow, RPA, OCR, NLP, ML, Process Mining, and Analytics Dashboards to meet business needs
• Designing solutions iteratively to ensure they meet business requirements
• Ensuring the effectiveness, sustainability, and proper documentation of solutions
• Creating test procedures and scenarios for user acceptance testing
• Collaborating with the team to refine and expand automation based on user feedback
• Supporting the adoption and implementation of solutions
