JLL is seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Associate to join our Canadian National Marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive impactful marketing strategies and elevate our brand presence across multiple channels.
The ideal candidate is experienced in B2B marketing preferably with a real estate or professional services background, or has agency experience. We'll leverage your strong project management and organizational skills to juggle multiple priorities in our fast-paced environment. Your expertise in social media content writing and development, coupled with a forward-thinking approach, will be crucial in driving our marketing efforts forward.
Ideally, you're proficient in Canva for creating engaging visual content, and comfortable with email marketing platforms as well as Microsoft Suite to craft compelling briefs. We're looking for someone who can confidently interact with stakeholders at all levels and can span digital marketing, event management, sponsorship coordination, and internal communications.
We've adopted a hybrid work model, requiring three days per week in the office to foster collaboration and creativity, while still offering flexibility.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Support the execution of multi-channel campaigns and projects in collaboration with various national and global marketing partners, and Marketing Services Centre of Excellence.
- Project manage workflow demands for go-to-market activities, including facilitating processes and procedures to improve collaboration across multiple stakeholders.
- Support National Events Manager with pre-event project coordination and onsite execution.
- Coordinate sponsorship programming including evaluating sponsorship opportunities, maximizing brand exposure at sponsored events, tracking and promoting speaking engagement opportunities, etc.
- Support creation of digital marketing assets including creative and copywriting and managing social media calendar.
- Collaborate on email marketing programs including database and nurture program management.
- Support website content maintenance including content audits and submitting requests for updates.
- Conduct regular advertising and competitive audits to identify opportunities for growth and improvement of marketing programs and channel mix.
- Assist with internal marketing and communications initiatives including teambuilding activities, charity programming, and ad-hoc internal marketing and communications support.
WHAT YOU BRING:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, communications or a related field.
- 3-5 years of related experience in marketing, B2B experience preferred.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and communications platforms (Social media platforms, email marketing, event management tools, Canva, etc.).
- Strong writing and editing skills.
- Good creative skills and awareness of effective content development.
- Experience with integrated and digital marketing advertising campaigns is a plus.
- Ability to work in a matrixed organization and handle multiple projects.
- Project management skills to prioritize activities and facilitate inputs from multiple stakeholders.
- Familiarity with digital content marketing best practices, platforms, and tools.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and grammatically correct short-form copy in a consistent brand voice.
- Basic understanding of gathering and analyzing insights from various data sources.
- Ability to build relationships and collaborate within a matrixed organization.
