Job Description

MUFG Investor Services IT team is looking for a talented Application Support Analyst responsible for supporting banking applications such as Flexcube, SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, FX All, and MUFG FX, along with integrated banking products.

The candidate should have experience working with banking solutions. Responsibilities include internal operations & support, interacting with external vendors, and managing a portfolio of both in-house and vendor applications. The role links business teams with the IT solutions group.

You Will

• Support IT Core banking applications (SWIFT, MUFG Automated Payment System, Flexcube, FXAll, FX Market Rates, Appian workflows, MUFG Global Payment System).
• Provide Level 2 Incident & Problem Management support by working with vendors & internal teams to resolve technical and user issues during product migration and BAU.
• Coordinate with vendors/support teams for technical deliverables, patches, and fixes.
• Document IT procedures in Confluence and support user training.
• Assist Project Managers in initiatives related to Core Banking Solutions.
• Communicate with financial system vendors about technical issues and enhancements.
• Participate in new platform releases, testing, and quality assurance before deployment.
• Coordinate platform development and enhancements to increase automation and feature utilization.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery through internal coordination and issue resolution.
• Respond to auditor and regulator information requests as needed.

Qualifications

You Have :

• Diploma / Degree in IT or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience supporting business banking applications.
• Understanding of SWIFT messaging standards, ISO 20022, SQL Server, PL/SQL, Java, and .Net applications.
• Knowledge of applications, systems, and architecture.
• Familiarity with SDLC and ITIL standards.
• Experience with application/database infrastructure setup and management.
• Understanding of banking environments to bridge business and IT.
