Equiton in Toronto seeks a Senior Associate, Investments to support acquisition and underwriting of real estate across multifamily, commercial, and development projects. You will work with the VP Investments to analyze opportunities, coordinate due diligence, and prepare recommendations for funds.
The role emphasizes financial modeling in Excel and Argus, strong due diligence, and relationship building with brokers and partners.
As a Senior Associate, Investments, you'll play a key role in supporting the acquisition and underwriting of real estate investments across Equiton's growing portfolio. Working closely with the Vice President, Investments, you'll conduct financial analysis, evaluate new investment opportunities, coordinate due diligence, and contribute to investment recommendations for the firm's funds. This role offers exposure to the full investment lifecycle across multifamily, commercial, and development projects while collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners to help drive the firm's investment strategy.
The expected annualized base salary range for this position is $95,000 - $125,000 plus a discretionary bonus The actual base salary offered will take into consideration factors including, but not limited to, the individual’s skill, experience, and relevant education or training.
