Supporting the development of client relationships by delivering compelling communication and positioning Clarity as the premier marketplace for secondary trading.
Driving sales growth by identifying opportunities, executing transactions, and contributing to platform adoption.

  • Expanding Clarity's footprint by uncovering new investor pools and supporting the growth of existing accounts.

  • Consistently meeting and exceeding individual performance metrics and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a highly motivated, persuasive sales professional with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a sense of urgency.

  • Have a proven track record of success in business development, institutional sales, investment banking, mutual fund sales, or related client-facing financial roles.

  • Bring 3-5+ years of experience working with institutional or ultra-high-net-worth investors, ideally in capital markets, private equity, venture capital, or financial product sales.

  • Hold a relevant educational background, such as a commerce or economics degree, or strong academic performance in a related discipline.

  • Be FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or willing to obtain shortly after hiring.

Compensation: Highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience and contribution.

  • Vancouver, BC: $200,000-$600,000+
