As an Analyst, Sales & Trading, you will be a key member of Clarity's front-line team, working directly with individuals who are looking to buy or sell shares on our platform. In this role, you'll be a blend of client-facing and operational. You will guide clients through the entire transaction process while ensuring a seamless, compliant, and efficient experience from start to finish.

In this role, your responsibilities would include:

Serve as the first point of contact for clients, managing their experience and guiding them through the Clarity platform and secondary market.

Build trust and rapport with clients by providing clear, actionable market insights.

Support the team and customer through the transaction lifecycle, through various channels such as email, phone, or live chat, from initial inquiry and onboarding to execution and closing, ensuring all legal, compliance, and operational requirements are met.

Conduct detailed reviews of transaction documentation and platform data to maintain accuracy and minimize errors.

Partner with operations, legal, and internal stakeholders to troubleshoot issues and deliver efficient, timely closings.

Source and qualify new clients (both buyers and sellers) through outreach, referrals, and platform activity, driving engagement and platform liquidity.

Track pipeline activity and transaction metrics with precision, ensuring the desk maintains high standards for speed, compliance, and client satisfaction.

Become a Clarity platform expert, seamlessly guiding customers through their journey and providing customer support at any stage.

Required Experience:

A client-focused professional with 0–2 years of relevant experience, such as institutional sales/trading, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, investor relations, business development or investment sales.

Have experience prospecting and generating leads in a high-volume outreach environment.

Demonstrate skills in balancing relationship management with rigorous operational detail, ensuring every transaction is executed flawlessly.

Bring a high degree of organization and ruthless prioritization, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships and transaction workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Possess strong financial acumen or a demonstrated ability to quickly master complex market dynamics.

Have FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses, or able to obtain shortly after joining.

This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on direct client interaction and wants to develop deep market and product expertise in a high-paced transactional environment, while also taking ownership of the operational processes that make every transaction successful.

Compensation: Highly competitive compensation commensurate with experience and contribution.

For this role, the estimated total compensation range is listed above. The actual base salary, variable bonus (if applicable), and options grant will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process. The listed range above is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified.
