Job description

Manage daily operations to ensure high-quality deliverables and internal support.

Manage global security database processing corporate actions and credit activities across the global portfolio.

Ensure timely and accurate global portfolio pricing and valuation using various pricing and valuation systems.

Establish and maintain straight-through processing procedures for trade capture, pricing feed, and reconciliation.

Respond to and resolve inquiries regarding financial instruments, corporate actions, price interpolation, amortization, pricing & valuation, and other investment accounting system issues.

Assist in MOV client management, including client deliverable management, procedure documentation, and client satisfaction coverage.

Qualifications :

• Honours degree in Finance, Business Economics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• CFA or enrollment in professional programs is strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of financial products and markets.
• Knowledge of VBA, SQL, C#, Python, or other scripting languages is desired.
• Strong communication skills.
• Well-organized with excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Experience with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, ICE, IHS Markit, Geneva, and BIMS suite is a plus.
• Industry experience is preferred but not mandatory for highly potential candidates.
