About the Role

We seek a self-starter who is curious, data-driven, and proactive. As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you will work in a fast-moving environment that values problem-solving, deep thinking about the customer journey, and cross-functional collaboration to execute ideas swiftly and accurately.

Your main responsibilities include managing and optimizing the in-app customer experience for DoorDash Canada, driving customer growth and retention through end-to-end experience design, supporting impactful campaigns, and conducting analytical deep dives for continuous improvement. We value resourcefulness and creative data testing to learn and iterate quickly.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations, with success measured by your ability to meet data-backed goals related to customer outcomes and marketplace performance.

This role reports to the Consumer Experience S&O Manager within the Customer Strategy & Operations team.

What You’ll Do
  • Build - Plan, develop, and launch innovative in-app experiences, from concept to execution, such as new product features.
  • Strategize - Develop strategies focused on consumer needs, identify trends, and determine when to scale or pivot based on real-life use cases.
  • Experiment - Lead data-driven experiments on promotional campaigns and creative assets, including launching and measuring new in-app features.
  • Analyze - Assess operational and financial impacts, using insights to refine initiatives and identify new opportunities for enhancing the consumer experience.
  • Collaborate - Work with teams across marketing, product, sales, engineering, and finance to execute plans, such as launching in-app merchandising campaigns.
About You
  • You are a versatile strategist and problem solver capable of both high-level planning and detailed analysis to foster continuous improvement.
  • You are proactive, thrive in fast-paced environments, and adapt well to ambiguity, bringing structure and focus to cross-functional teams.
  • You possess strong problem-solving skills, able to identify core issues and hypothesize solutions.
  • You are proficient in SQL, dashboard creation, and financial modeling, with 4+ years of relevant experience in strategy, operations, product, marketing, or related fields.

  • Experience in product operations
  • Proficiency with Figma for creative asset development
  • Experience with Tableau and Sigma
  • Professional proficiency in French
