Senior Associate, Consumer Experience, Canada Strategy & Operations

About the Role

We seek a self-motivated, curious, and data-driven individual who is ready to drive impact. As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you'll be part of a fast-paced team that values solving complex problems, understanding the customer journey, and partnering cross-functionally to execute ideas swiftly and accurately.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the in-app customer experience for DoorDash Canada, playing a key role in customer growth and retention through shaping end-to-end experiences, supporting impactful campaigns, and conducting analytical deep dives for continuous improvement. We value resourcefulness and encourage testing, learning, and iterating quickly using data creatively.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations, with success measured by your ability to meet data-backed goals related to customer outcomes and marketplace performance.

This role reports to the Consumer Experience S&O Manager within the Customer Strategy & Operations team.

What You’ll Do
  • Build - Develop and launch innovative experiences, from concept to execution, such as new in-app product features.
  • Strategize - Use consumer-first thinking to develop DoorDash's path to excellence, identifying trends, scaling successful initiatives, and pivoting when needed based on real-life use cases.
  • Experiment - Lead data-driven experiments across promotional campaigns and creative assets, optimizing resonance with consumers, including end-to-end launch and impact measurement.
  • Analyze - Evaluate operational and financial impacts, using insights to iterate and improve. Self-serve data analysis to identify new opportunities for enhancing the consumer experience.
  • Collaborate - Work with teams across Marketing, Product, Sales, Engineering, and Finance to execute plans, such as launching in-app merchandising for campaigns supported by media and CRM.
About You
  • You are a versatile strategist and problem solver, capable of both high-level planning and detailed process analysis to drive continuous improvement.
  • You are proactive, action-oriented, and thrive in a fast-changing environment.
  • You bring structure and focus to ambiguous situations and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, and legal.
  • You excel at identifying core problems, formulating hypotheses, and proposing solutions.
  • You are proficient in SQL for data analysis, dashboard creation, and financial modeling.
  • You have 4+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, digital marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting, or related fields.
Nice to Haves
  • Experience in product operations
  • Proficiency with Figma for creative asset development
  • Experience with Tableau and Sigma
  • Professional proficiency in French
