We seek a self-motivated, curious, and data-driven individual who is ready to drive impact. As a Strategy & Operations Senior Associate, you'll be part of a fast-paced team that values solving complex problems, understanding the customer journey, and partnering cross-functionally to execute ideas swiftly and accurately.
You will be responsible for managing and optimizing the in-app customer experience for DoorDash Canada, playing a key role in customer growth and retention through shaping end-to-end experiences, supporting impactful campaigns, and conducting analytical deep dives for continuous improvement. We value resourcefulness and encourage testing, learning, and iterating quickly using data creatively.
You will collaborate with stakeholders across product, marketing, and operations, with success measured by your ability to meet data-backed goals related to customer outcomes and marketplace performance.
This role reports to the Consumer Experience S&O Manager within the Customer Strategy & Operations team.
