Position & Team Overview

The Senior Associate provides support to different lines of service of the communications team, including but not limited to branding, content creation, events support and internal communications.

This is a unique opportunity for a holistic communications professional to contribute to different impactful initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Internal and external website content updates, including portfolio dashboard updates, publication of blog posts, media releases, articles, disclosures, files, among others.
• Update and maintenance of communications collaterals for events and external engagements, such as pitchbook, fact sheets, etc.
• Content creation for internal and external communications channels.
• Project management support, ensuring proper communication and collaboration with other teams in the organization, external suppliers and collaborators for different communications pieces and projects.
• Procurement support to ensure the team has the adequate service agreements in place for use of external suppliers.

What We’re Looking For

Must-haves

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Communications or a related field
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a communications team.
• Language Proficiency: Strong written and verbal skills in both English and French.
• Communication skills: Exceptional written communication abilities.
• Social Media Expertise: In-depth knowledge of social media management best practices.
• Tool Proficiency: Microsoft 365 suite, Canva, Hootsuite, Google Analytics

Nice-to-Haves

• Industry Experience:Previous experience in the financial industry or government institutions.
• Additional Language Skills:Proficiency in Spanish.
