As a Senior Associate in our Capital Markets team, you will be on the front lines of one of the most important global hubs in this fast-paced market, working to maximize liquidity and trading volume on the platform. You will help accelerate Hiive’s growth by building relationships with some of the largest VC investors in the world.
In this role, your responsibilities would include:
Learning everything there is to know about the secondary market for pre-IPO securities; understanding market dynamics, key participants, and the role of Hiive.
Developing and growing strategic relationships with institutional and ultra-high net worth investors by bringing all of Hiive’s investment capabilities to the market.
Prospecting and engaging potential customers through strategic calling, targeted sales campaigns, and personalized outreach efforts to drive sales growth.
Effectively coordinating across our team of industry experts to source and execute large institutional transactions through Hiive’s proprietary platform.
Solidifying Hiive’s position as the dominant venue for secondary trading by unlocking and expanding into new markets.
Seamlessly delivering the value of Hiive to issuers by collaborating with our Execution Services, Funds, and Private Capital Solutions teams.
The ideal candidate will:
Be an ambitious, charismatic person with a strong sense of urgency, an exceptional work ethic, an insatiable thirst for knowledge and challenge, and outstanding organizational skills.
Bring 4+ years of experience in investment sales, mutual fund sales, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate development, or institutional sales and trading, with a proven track record of success.
Have a relevant educational background, such as a commerce or economics degree, or exceptional academic performance in a liberal arts or science program.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 licensed or the ability to complete the registrations shortly after hiring.
