Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

Client Engagement & Analysis

  • Lead discovery sessions and business process reviews to understand client workflows and identify system requirements.
  • Translate client needs into functional configurations and actionable implementation plans.

Solution Implementation

  • Configure core system components including asset hierarchies, service types, work order templates, PM schedules, and fault codes.
  • Support data migration efforts such as importing asset registers, GIS layers, maintenance history, and scheduled tasks.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (APIs), custom features, and reporting / dashboard development.

Training & Support

  • Design and deliver training programs for end users, supervisors, and system administrators, using a Train-the-Trainer approach.
  • Provide go-live support and post-implementation guidance to ensure adoption and client success.

Project Management

  • Lead multiple client projects concurrently, managing scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and communications.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation including configuration records, training guides, status updates, and user stories.

Product Feedback

  • Gather feedback from clients and share insights with the product team to inform roadmap planning and continuous improvement.
