At GSA, we maintain an engaging and highly collaborative office culture and our people are very “hands-on” in all aspects of project design and delivery. Most of our projects are focused on institutional, including health care, education, public safety, community, and government office buildings.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with architects and designers to develop detailed architectural drawings and plans.
  • Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections.
  • Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure design specifications are met.
  • Review and revise drawings based on feedback from clients and project stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized project files and documentation.
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Architectural Technology.
  • 10 or more years of experience.
  • Experience in managing projects from start to finish.
  • Proven ability to effectively meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD) is essential. Experience with Revit is an asset.
  • Experience in construction document preparation and coordination.

  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in creating technical drawings.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with coworkers, the consulting team and contractors.
