Cromwell Architects Engineers Inc is seeking a Senior Architect to lead design teams on diverse projects in Newfoundland and Labrador. You will guide design through all phases, coordinate meetings with clients and the project team, and ensure deliverables meet Cromwell standards.
Applicants must be a licensed Architect with 15+ years of experience, with healthcare, education, or municipal project experience preferred; proficiency in Revit and MS Office is essential, with travel up to 10%
The Architect will serve as a project leader for new and existing clients while also engaging in client relationship development and maintenance. They will direct design efforts throughout the design and construction phases of multiple projects.
