Qualifications

Toronto based firm with a high-end high-performance custom residential portfolio. Specializing in sustainable approaches this firm combines LEED, Passive House, and NetZero standards with a unique and aesthetic design approach.

This firm is seeking an Architect to support the expanding portfolio of custom residential projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and project management of single-family and custom home projects from concept through completion.
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
  • Produce detailed drawings and documentation using Revit.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project success.
  • Ensure projects meet sustainability goals, including Passive House, LEED, and NetZero standards.
  • Oversee and mentor junior staff.
Must Haves
  • 9 or more years of architectural experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Revit.
  • Excellent project management skills, including scheduling, budgeting, and coordination.
  • Strong drafting and technical documentation abilities.
  • Experience or strong interest in sustainable design practices, including Passive House, LEED, or NetZero.
  • Business development experience
Nice-to-Haves
  • Licensure as a registered architect.
