The firm is expanding and looking for a Senior Architect to lead projects and contribute to the firm’s long-term growth. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated architect to take on a leadership role within an established, design-focused practice.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and coordinate in-house teams and external consultants on complex projects.
2. Oversee construction review and contract administration phases.
3. Contribute to refining and improving office policies, procedures, and systems.

Must-haves:

1. Architecture degree.
2. Licensed member of the Ontario Association of Architects (or another provincial association).
3. Minimum 10 years of architectural experience.
4. Strong design, technical, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in CAD and Revit.
6. Extensive knowledge of local construction systems, detailing, and sustainable design integration.
7. Experience navigating city development and permit processes.

Nice-to-haves:

1. LEED, WELL, or other sustainability certifications.
2. Ability to work in French.
3. Experience working in a collaborative studio environment.

Remote/Hybrid: This role is based in Ottawa, ON, 3-5 days in office, flexible.
