Qualifications

• Experience designing scope and budget for archaeological projects of all sizes.
• Able to obtain Provincial and Federal Security Clearance.
• Valid driver’s licence with satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Guide multi-phase archaeological programs and shape technical strategies.
• Direct and oversee archaeological assessments aligned with the Ontario Heritage Act.
• Build relationships with Indigenous Nations and community partners.

Skills

Professional or research license to conduct archaeological fieldwork in Ontario

15+ years of archaeological experience

Deep understanding of CRM business

Expert understanding of relevant provincial and federal legislative frameworks

Strong understanding of project financial management

Education

Degree in archaeology, anthropology, or related discipline
