Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :

$105,145 - $142,255 Professional appraisal designation rewarded:
Be part of our national valuation team and help mitigate credit risk by estimating security values for large, complex agricultural, commercial and industrial properties. You’ll work closely with partners from FCC lending, loan administration and special credit teams.

What you’ll do:

  • Appraise agricultural, commercial and industrial real and personal properties
  • Develop strategies for specific appraisal situations
  • Build and maintain relationships with external partners, including appraisal professionals
  • Develop and update valuation processes
  • Provide formal valuation training and coaching to colleagues
  • Conduct market research and analysis on sales for the Farmland Values Report and Valuation Guides

  • Understanding of leading-edge technologies
  • In-depth knowledge of appraisal principles and theories
  • Advanced oral communication skills in both official languages (English and French).
