What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

1. Own and manage end-to-end model development, guiding research, data engineering, and evaluation
2. Operate in an agile manner, iterating based on customer needs
3. Ensure accountability for all research deliverables on small to medium-sized projects
4. Communicate research findings through peer-reviewed publications and develop patentable ideas
5. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and translate business objectives into technical requirements

What is Required (Qualifications):

1. PhD in a relevant discipline or Master’s with comparable experience
2. Over 5 years of hands-on experience building information retrieval or natural language processing systems
3. Experience writing production code and ensuring effective software delivery
4. Demonstrable ability to translate complex problems into successful AI applications
5. Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
