Aqua Systems 2000 Inc. is seeking a Senior Applications Engineer - Irrigation to join our team and lead technical engagements with clients. You will develop expertise in our niche products and customize solutions while traveling across Canada and the United States.

The role requires analyzing site hydraulics, configuring systems, and preparing quotations. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships in the water resource management sector.

Qualifications

• Engineering experience in open channel hydraulics and water conveyance systems.
• Ability to grasp engineering concepts in water resource management.
• Excellent communication and listening skills to understand client needs.
• Self-motivated with a professional and positive attitude.
• Attention to detail, organization and time management.
• High integrity and ability to build trust.
• Strong computer proficiency and willingness to learn new programs.
• Valid Class 5 license and reliable vehicle for work.
• Ability to drive/walk in rural outdoor environments including sites.

Senior Applications Engineer

We are seeking a highly motivated and client focused individual to join our team. This role is crucial to maintaining our high standards, while ensuring our business continues to expand and progress.

Responsibilities:

• Develop deep expertise in our specialized products and services in our niche market
• Serve as the primary technical resource for interactions with clients regarding utilization and customization of our products
• Evaluate site hydraulic conditions and site constraints to determine appropriate system configurations
• Prepare and review technical quotations and kickoff project documentation based on customer needs
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Provide exemplary customer service to support strategic growth initiatives
• Represent the company with onsite customer support, industry conferences and technical events
• Travel throughout Canada and the United States (Passport required)
