We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst. You will work across various technologies, helping to diagnose, develop, test, and deliver solutions in the .NET/C#, JavaScript, and MQ technology stacks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client solutions are fit for purpose and evolving with client requirements.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose bugs quickly and effectively.
- Communicate with client business and technical teams to gather information for bug fixes or small changes.
- Translate clients' conceptual ideas into technical solutions.
- Advise clients on the best approach for small changes.
- Support production applications at L2 or L3 level, including those based on Documentum stack.
- Analyze and resolve tickets in coordination with L1 support.
- Monitor and maintain applications, analyzing their health and performance.
- Implement features and functionalities for application releases.
- Perform database operations.
- Ensure tasks are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints, following release calendars and SLAs.
- Collaborate with application and project management teams managing CI/CD platforms.
- Adhere to security and compliance policies.
- Propose improvements to support processes, automation, and quality of application support.
- Work with multiple vendors to address bugs and perform root-cause analysis.
- Contribute to technical design of application components.
- Be available to work odd hours and handle P1/P2 incidents.
- Engage in DevOps innovation initiatives.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Quick learner of new solutions and technologies.
- Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Core experience in application support, incident triage, and troubleshooting.
