Join to apply for the Senior Application Support Analyst role at EPAM Systems.

We are looking for a Senior Application Support Analyst. You will work across various technologies, helping to diagnose, develop, test, and deliver solutions in the .NET/C#, JavaScript, and MQ technology stacks. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring client solutions are fit for purpose and evolving with client requirements.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose bugs quickly and effectively.
  • Communicate with client business and technical teams to gather information for bug fixes or small changes.
  • Translate clients' conceptual ideas into technical solutions.
  • Advise clients on the best approach for small changes.
  • Support production applications at L2 or L3 level, including those based on Documentum stack.
  • Analyze and resolve tickets in coordination with L1 support.
  • Monitor and maintain applications, analyzing their health and performance.
  • Implement features and functionalities for application releases.
  • Perform database operations.
  • Ensure tasks are completed within time, cost, and quality constraints, following release calendars and SLAs.
  • Collaborate with application and project management teams managing CI/CD platforms.
  • Adhere to security and compliance policies.
  • Propose improvements to support processes, automation, and quality of application support.
  • Work with multiple vendors to address bugs and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Contribute to technical design of application components.
  • Be available to work odd hours and handle P1/P2 incidents.
  • Engage in DevOps innovation initiatives.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Quick learner of new solutions and technologies.
  • Ability to communicate technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Core experience in application support, incident triage, and troubleshooting.
