• Duration: 12+ Months

Daily Responsibilities:

• Provide second-level support for PAM services
• Configure user accounts in CyberArk Vault
• Manage incidents and problems for in-scope systems, perform root cause analysis, identify improvements, and drive implementation
• Operate information security controls related to privileged access within established timelines
• Document detailed support procedures

Must Have Skills:

• Strong technical expertise and aptitude
• 3+ years supporting enterprise technology systems in large environments, with experience in LDAP directory services (e.g., Sun/Oracle Directory) and CyberArk Vault configuration
• Familiarity with multi-factor authentication (e.g., RSA SECURID), Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau), and PowerShell scripting
• Broad and in-depth knowledge of IAM domain, PAM capabilities, IT controls, testing, maintenance, and regulatory requirements
• Knowledge of IT service management best practices (incident, problem, change management), with a proactive approach and proven results

Nice to Have Skills:

• Certifications such as CyberArk, SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), CISSP
• Experience with IT standards, methodologies, CMM, and audit requirements
