• 8+ years of experience in production support and incident management.
• Proven ability to review fixes, perform root cause analysis and validate resolutions.
• Experience with monitoring, issue escalation and SLA adherence.
• Automation and runbook creation to improve support efficiency.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams and governance/compliance awareness.
