Job summary

Source Code seeks a Senior Android Developer to build and test features for a mobile credit card application using Native Android, Java or Kotlin, Espresso, and Robolectric in an Agile environment. Downtown Toronto, Ontario (Fully remote eligible). Permanent, full-time.

You will contribute to exciting new apps and work with top industry professionals to push Android development forward. The role focuses on creating high-quality features, collaborating with Agile teams, and supporting testing

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Native Android development (2+ for higher pay) using Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with unit testing, preferably Robolectric.
• Experience with Espresso for acceptance testing and MVVM/MVP/MVC architectures.

Responsibilities

• Create new native Android applications and high-quality features.
• Collaborate across Agile teams to design, develop, test and support solutions.
• Support testing engineers from inception to production.
• Identify gaps and drive problems to completion.
