The role executes and monitors foreign exchange and interest rate hedging programs, coordinates equipment financing, and keeps daily cash positions accurate. Working closely with Finance teams and banking partners, the analyst delivers timely analysis, reliable execution, and strong treasury controls.

Key responsibilities
  • Hedging and financial risk: Analyze FX and interest rate exposures, recommend and execute hedges, and monitor positions on an ongoing basis. Prepare exposure reports, scenario analyses, hedge documentation, and management updates.
  • Hedge administration: Coordinate trade confirmations, settlements, valuations, and documentation with banks and internal stakeholders. Help maintain compliance with treasury policies and applicable accounting and control requirements.
  • Equipment financing: Evaluate, arrange, and administer equipment financing, including lease and loan options. Prepare financing analyses, track maturities and payments, and maintain documentation and schedules.
  • Daily cash management (backup coverage): Provide backup coverage for daily cash position and liquidity reporting while the primary analyst is on vacation, preparing and reviewing reports across bank accounts and entities, monitoring receipts, disbursements, funding needs, and balances. Escalate unusual items or forecast shortfalls promptly.
  • Cash forecasting (backup coverage): Provide backup coverage for short-term cash forecasting while the primary analyst is on vacation, comparing actual results with forecasts, investigating variances, and helping identify opportunities to improve liquidity.
  • Banking and payments: Coordinate with banking partners on account services, payment execution, fees, and issue resolution. Support bank account administration and authorized signatory records as needed.
  • Reporting and analysis: Prepare recurring treasury reports and ad hoc analysis for Treasury and Finance leadership, with clear explanations of exposures, liquidity, financing costs, and key changes.
  • Controls and process improvement: Maintain accurate treasury records and support reconciliations, audit requests, policy compliance, and improvements to treasury systems and processes.
  • Cross-functional partnership: Work closely with Legal, Accounting, FP&A, and operational business units to coordinate treasury activities, provide analysis, support financing and hedging decisions, and resolve issues affecting cash flow or financial risk.
Qualifications
