The Senior Analyst of Transaction Screening Strategic Initiatives Problem Management will manage problems and issues related to name screening and transaction monitoring. Responsibilities include identifying, analyzing, and resolving recurring incidents, supporting the development of problem management strategies, and working on projects to improve processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and classify problems impacting screening processes.
• Conduct root cause analysis for complex issues.
• Coordinate resolution implementation with relevant teams.
• Manage problem lifecycle from detection to resolution, ensuring documentation.
• Develop proactive strategies to prevent issues.
• Maintain records and metrics for reporting and improvement.
• Participate in projects to enhance screening and monitoring processes.
• Perform operational analysis for high-complexity cases.
• Collaborate with frontline and compliance teams for investigations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1-3 years of AML/KYC experience, including transaction monitoring and name screening reviews.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
