Connor, Clark & Lunn Financial Group (“CC&LFG”) is looking for a Training and Documentation Senior Analyst to join our Vancouver-based Training and Documentation Team! The Training and Documentation team is an independent group within the Investment Resource Group (“IRG”) that performs several essential services such as hands-on training to support successful onboarding of new staff, maintaining current IRG procedure documentation and coordinating staff movements within IRG. The ideal candidate is a highly detail-oriented problem-solver who enjoys learning new skills, being part of a high-performing team, and patiently supporting new hires as they build confidence across different levels of experience. Our offices currently operate on a hybrid model with a combination of in-office and remote working days throughout the week.
The salary range for this position is $90,000 - $100,000. The salary range provided reflects the base salary range for this position as required by legislation. In addition, there is an annual performance bonus which contributes to the total compensation of this position. Further questions may be directed to the HR team during the interview process.
