Job Title: Senior Analyst - Third-Party Risk Reporting and Compliance

Location: Toronto, ON

Duration: 12+ Months

Required Skills:

• 3 to 5 years of experience in an operational role with significant experience in execution of Third-party supplier risk management frameworks and methodologies
• 2+ years of extensive reporting experience including data capturing, data analytics and storytelling in PowerPoint through data
• 2+ years project management and execution (process improvement, business case creation, ability to write and explain complex requirements)
• 1+ years of experience in dealing with compliance projects based on complex regulatory requirements
• Experience working in Financial Institutions with exposure to Finance regulations (OSFI, FRB etc.) is a plus
• Ability to deal with ambiguous requirements, question, interpret, investigate, define ambiguity, and obtain answers
• Proven experience delivering high-quality reports and performing complex analytics
• Practical knowledge and experience in supplier risk mitigation is highly preferred
• Experience in planning and change management, with the ability to adapt to changing demands and perform under time constraints while maintaining quality
• Strong relationship management and team-oriented approach, proactively building trust and resolving issues
• Maturity and judgment to effectively engage with executive stakeholders
• Critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills with flexibility and resourcefulness

Nice to Have Skills:

• University degree in Business, Risk, or a related discipline
• Understanding of third-party risk and relationship management lifecycles
• Working knowledge of Archer
• Experience with Third Party Risk mitigation
• Data management and visualization skills, such as Tableau
