Job description

Reporting directly to the Director of Continuous Improvement the Senior Analyst, will support the evaluation of business processes and functions, gathering and analysis of performance metrics and implementation of recommended business process improvements and operational enhancements across all business lines.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Evaluate current business processes using data-driven methodologies identifying
  • inefficiencies, bottlenecks, or redundancies in workflows.
  • Lead or support cross-functional process improvement projects from initiation through execution.
  • Gather, clean, and analyze operational data to uncover trends or issues.
  • Create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings to leadership.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and help develop clear recommendations to support business decision-making.
  • Build and maintain collaborative working relationships with internal teams and external partners to support project execution and stakeholder engagement.
  • Monitor business metrics and KPIs, investigate variances, and analyze root causes to support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Develop future-state process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and control plans
  • Support the execution of project plans by tracking progress, coordinating tasks, and helping ensure milestones aremet.
  • Promote aculture of continuous improvement and operational excellence across the organization.

Requirements

  • 1.5+ years post-undergraduate experience in management consulting business process improvement, operations analysis or continuous improvement
  • Experience working with Power BI or similar reporting platforms
  • Experience with methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is anasset
  • Experience working with data sets to extract insights
  • Excellent knowledge with MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience managing medium to large projects or playing akey role in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to multi-task and able to work in achanging, fast-paced environment
  • Experience in driving results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment
  • Proactive and self-directed with demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of ateam
  • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership and influential capabilities
  • Experience facilitating workshops or stakeholder meetings.
  • Proven track record delivering innovative solutions from concept to change management
