The Senior Analyst, Corporate Strategy will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's long-term strategic direction and driving key business initiatives. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth strategic and industry analyses, facilitating the development of corporate and business area strategies, and providing actionable recommendations to senior leadership. This role will also support cross-functional strategic projects that foster organizational growth and innovation.

What You Will Do

• Assist with strategy development and, in partnership with the business, identify new initiatives that capture emerging opportunities for Nutrien.
• Support the development of business cases and presentations for executive-level audiences.
• Support financial analysis on strategic initiatives.
• Contribute to the development and presentation of material for Board Strategy sessions.
• Promote Nutrien’s strategy across the organization through engagement with executive leadership, business units, and corporate teams.
• Analyze macro environmental and industry trends to identify opportunities and threats across Nutrien’s portfolio.
• Develop trusting relationships across the organization to inform and challenge strategic direction.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support strategic projects and organizational change initiatives.

What You Will Bring

• 6-8 years of experience in Strategy, Management Consulting, Investment Banking, Corporate Development, or related roles; experience in agriculture or fertilizer industry is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills, financial acumen, and the ability to balance detail with big-picture thinking.
• Motivated self-starter with a curious mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing large projects involving multiple teams.
• Ability to build partnerships, establish trust, and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong project management, influencing, and execution skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to various audiences including senior leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, Accounting, or related; postgraduate credentials such as CFA, CPA, or MBA are advantageous.
