Job summary

CIBC is a relationship-focused bank seeking a Senior Analyst, Account Management, Retail Lending to analyze operational results of credit processes and propose improvements. The role supports cross-department collaboration and external vendors, with a hybrid work arrangement (1-3 days on-site).

You will leverage data analytics and portfolio reporting to shape account management strategy, using SAS/SQL and MS Office tools to produce actionable insights.

Qualifications

  • Experience with SAS or similar data mining software (SQL, SPSS) and MS Office.
  • Ability to analyze data and communicate results effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

What you'll be doing

As the Senior Analyst, Account Management, Retail Lending, you will be responsible for analyzing operational results of credit processes and provide recommendations for improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. You will get the opportunity to liaise with other departments and external vendors to establish collaborative relationships, provide expertise, and communicate research results. At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role. You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.
