The Senior Analyst supports property valuation and property tax functions, preparing straightforward valuation reports, engaging with industry peers, conducting research, and maintaining software databases. Understanding of property tax and the appeal process is a plus. The role focuses on team collaboration, client service, and driving revenue.

Ideal candidates have strong analytical, research, and communication skills, can handle multiple deadlines, and are committed to Ryan’s values of excellence, trust, and integrity.

Responsibilities include:

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary degree, preferably in business or real estate
• Near completion of AACI designation is an asset
• Leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to prioritize, work independently and in teams, and meet deadlines
• Intermediate MS Word, Excel, Outlook skills; appraisal software experience is a plus
• Valid driver’s license

Work Environment:

• Indoor setting, occasional sitting/standing
• Regular interaction with colleagues and clients
• Travel 10-40%
