Key Responsibilities
  • Develop dashboards and reports for portfolio monitoring and asset management.
  • Oversee capital plan reporting and ensure alignment with investment strategies.
  • Produce quarterly updates on leverage positions and communicate results.
  • Generate quarterly Development Project reporting in collaboration with the Real Estate Director.
  • Enhance analytics and reporting initiatives using market data.
  • Develop sustainability dashboards and track KPIs for investors.
  • Provide accurate portfolio data for reporting as requested.
  • Act as a system administrator for the portfolio monitoring system (iLevel).
  • Maintain data and technology landscape and ensure accurate data flow between systems.
  • Provide timely updates to stakeholders on portfolio and project activities.
Required Experience
  • 2 to 5 years of working experience, preferably in an institutional environment.
  • Proven experience reconciling large volumes of data.
  • Knowledge of institutional Real Estate Investments is considered an asset.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in finance, business technology management, data science, or equivalent.
  • Professional designation such as CFA is considered an asset.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to query/manipulate datasets (e.g., Snowflake, Excel).
  • Programming skills (primarily Python, SQL, or equivalent).
  • Knowledge of business intelligence systems (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Strong understanding of operational processes and tools for supporting data services.
  • Bilingualism in English and French is required.
