Your responsibilities

  • Assist with the planning, execution, and verification of pension plan administration tasks
  • Calculate and verify various benefits in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze and interpret pension plan rules and applicable legislation
  • Participate in the production and verification of annual statements
  • Support the team in various assignments and special projects
  • Enhance client satisfaction by listening to their needs and responding to requests from members and trustees
  • Propose improvements to existing processes

Core Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years relevant experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, finance, administration, economics, actuarial science, or related fields
  • Strong team spirit
  • Analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Well-organized and resourceful
  • Good communication and collaboration skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Fluent in spoken and written French; bilingualism is an asset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
