Innergex Renewable Energy Inc. is seeking a senior accounting professional to lead consolidation, reporting and note disclosures for a multi-entity group across currencies.
The role focuses on IFRS expertise, accurate financial statements and collaborative interaction with multiple departments. The ideal candidate has 5–7 years in a similar role, a Bachelor’s in accounting, and a CPA designation, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

The candidate will play a key role in the preparation of consolidated financial information. They will be able to apply their expertise in consolidation and reporting through various opportunities for process optimization and continuous improvement. They possess an analytical mind, critical thinking skills, and demonstrate sharp professional judgment.
Participate in the quarterly and annual preparation of consolidated financial statements and management reports;
Play a key role in the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation process for multiple entities spread across various countries and currencies;
Prepare analyses and reconciliations for the financial statement line items under your responsibility;
Draft quarterly and annual notes to the consolidated financial statements;
Participate in the quarterly and annual preparation of financial statements for various entities;
Actively participate in various special projects and perform various analyses as needed;
Provide support to other departments within the company on accounting matters.
