Key Responsibilities :

• Plan and manage maintenance, equipment installation, and building projects.
• Manage and supervise work orders related to site operations.
• Handle calls for tenders and schedule repairs.
• Monitor work progress and produce improvement and prevention reports.
• Develop relationships with customers and tailor solutions to their needs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and oversee factory repairs.
• Monitor the budget for maintenance operations.

How to thrive in this role?

• Technical college training or equivalent experience.
• At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good understanding of building equipment.
• Excellent time and priority management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, and ERP systems (Maximo preferred).
• Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
