Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage the execution of maintenance, equipment installation and building projects.
• Manage and supervise work orders relating to site operations.
• Manage calls for tenders and set repair progress schedules.
• Plan, monitor the work carried out and produce improvement and prevention reports.
• Weave and develop links with customers and choose solutions adapted to their needs.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor repair work in the factory.
• Ensure monitoring of the budget corresponding to maintenance operations.

How to thrive in this role?

• You have technical college training, or any other equivalent training/experience combination.
• You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar position.
• You have a good understanding of building equipment.
• You have very good management of time and priorities.
• You have a good knowledge of the MS Office suite, MS project and the ERP system (Maximo desirable).
• You speak French and English orally and in writing.
