Reporting to the Manager, Enterprise Financial Planning, the Senior Analyst, Enterprise Financial Planning will support all banners at CTC and play a crucial role in creating and managing financial plans, analyzing data, and providing insights that drive strategic decision‑making.
The business is looking for someone who can build strong relationships and collaborate cross‑functionally. In this role it is critical that you have strong analytical skills and attention to detail. You should be able to communicate recommendations clearly through multiple formats. We are looking for candidates who have a broad understanding of financial planning principles and who are comfortable dealing with ambiguity. If you have experience in financial analysis within a retail environment, this is considered ideal. Our typical is between $70,000 and $85,000 CAD. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role‑specific requirements. For critical roles, the compensation offering will be reviewed to ensure alignment with market rate and conditions and the unique value you bring to the role.
