As a Senior Analyst, Domestic Tax your responsibilities will include:
• Actively engaging in tax compliance, planning and strategy development by analyzing client tax issues, relevant tax laws, provisions, and jurisprudence
• Preparing corporate tax, personal, partnership and trust returns
• Proactively resolve tax related issues with clients and other staff members through direct contact with them and researching and drafting responses
• Communicate with the Canadian Revenue Agency (CRA) on behalf of our clients
• Year-end tax planning analysis

At Doane Grant Thornton, we’re committed to ensuring our compensation practices are fair, equitable and competitive. To get the conversation started, we’re happy to share that our current base salary for this role ranges from $58,000 - $72,000 in Charlottetown. If this role is available in another location(s), the associated salary range in that location(s) may vary based on relevant factors, including geography.
