Job summary

Asset Inventories is a FinTech-focused firm tackling a major international bank’s challenges. The analyst programmer will join the CDS migration project, contributing across design, testing, and documentation while aligning with business goals.

The role emphasizes communication, agility, and continuous improvement, with responsibilities spanning feature delivery, stakeholder demos, Scrum rituals, and CI/CD automation to upgrade existing systems.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in software development or analyst programming.
• Ability to work with complex information systems.

• Strong organizational and analytical mindset with good communication.
• Experience collaborating with product owners and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Produce new features, participate in design decisions, test, and document.
• Demonstrate features to stakeholders and product owners for feedback.
• Participate in Scrum activities: daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprints, retrospectives, demos.
• Deliver software meeting standards and provide operational support.
• Improve CI/CD practices and automate tasks within the team.
• Engage with communities or create new ones for knowledge sharing.

The responsibilities of the analyst developer include the following:

• Producing new features. This doesn’t only mean writing code, but also making design/architectural decisions, testing, tracking quality-related metrics, and producing documentation.
• Demonstrating features to stakeholders and product owners to gain a solid understanding of the business and get feedback on work delivered.
• Participating in Scrum -related activities, such as daily stand-up meetings, backlog grooming , sprintretrospectives , and demos .
• Delivering software that meets our standards and providing operational support if necessary.
• Help the team to improve the CI/CD practices and automatize tasks
• Taking some time to enjoy yourself by either joining some of our existing communities or by creating new ones.

One of the main challenges will be to help the team developing new components and upgrading actual systems in order to ensure the proper interfacing with the industry wide referential for securities.

We are looking for a collaborator with a marked interest in finance and strong communication skills. This person will act as analyst programmer on the CDS migration project.

Education and experience

• University degree: Business computing, computer science, computer engineer
• 7+ Years of experience
• Ability to work with complex information systems
