They’ll work with the site-based Facilities Team to ensure the smooth operation of each location to provide a safe, secure, and engaging office experience for all Canadian employees.
All about the role
This role is part of the Courier Pay & Optimization team, within the Delco Logistics department. The Delco (delivery by courier) delivery model is a network of self-supporting delivery contractors across global markets.
As the Courier Pay Optimization Senior Analyst, you will play a key role in developing a comprehensive approach to courier pay. You will be responsible for data insights to drive short-term tactical changes and contributing analysis to support the long-term pay strategy. Working closely with various global functions, including markets, product, and data science teams, you will leverage economic frameworks to assess network performance, courier behaviour, and market conditions with a focus on enhancing courier pay and incentives.
Location: Hybrid- 3 days a week from our Toronto or Winnipeg office & 2 days working from home
