This is an opportunity to join a people-centered Change Management team supporting a digital transformation that will enable OMERS Capital Markets, Total Portfolio Management, and Corporate Finance functions to deliver on our pension promise. Our team is at the early stages of defining a strategic roadmap, and the selected individual will be a key member working with internal partners to understand their needs and deliver outcomes with excellence. This role joins a team on a journey, with significant future potential in a global, sophisticated, and complex enterprise.

We believe that time together in the office is important for OMERS and Oxford, and our hybrid work guideline requires teams to come to the office a minimum of 4 days per week.

General Summary :

To support change management work for Operation Daybreak by :

  • Building communication artifacts for teams impacted by Daybreak: (1) Capital Markets front, middle, and back office teams (2) Investment Finance team (3) Risk team (4) Compliance team (5) D&T team
  • Supporting Change Management Lead in updating documentation on detailed change impact assessment
  • Building communication for change management network / super users
  • Owning and building program communications to broad audiences (e.g., Program Bulletin / Newsletter)
  • Supporting training logistics

Principal Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Reporting
  • Accountable for preparing change management status reports
  • Communication
  • Build communication artifacts for all impacted stakeholders, change network, program communications (i.e., newsletter, SharePoint)
  • Change Impact Assessment
  • Building and updating documentation on detailed change impact assessment
  • Training
  • Support training material development and rollout of training (i.e., supporting logistics)

Minimum 2 - 4 years experience supporting large technology-led change initiatives in the Financial Services industry.
