Role Overview

The Senior Analyst, Analytics & Insights will support the Senior Manager, Analytics in strategic initiatives and reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of online brokerage business, utilizing advanced data mining skills to analyze customer behavior and performance trends, providing actionable insights. The incumbent will lead end-to-end project delivery and reporting to support teams across Marketing, Product Strategy, Sales & Trading & Services.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support analytics projects for strategic initiatives, product strategies, and marketing campaigns.
  2. Design and develop Power BI reports with enriched data to enhance business strategies.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
  4. Assist Marketing with campaign strategy, including testing, targeting, execution, and measurement.
  5. Provide analysis related to pricing, product development, client segmentation, and trading platforms to support business growth.
  6. Enhance reporting functions and automate processes to support Trading and Sales teams.
  7. Promote a client-focused culture and leverage broader bank relationships and systems.
  8. Consider the bank’s risk appetite and culture in daily activities and decisions.
  9. Contribute to a high-performance, inclusive work environment.
Qualifications & Experience
  1. Experience in wealth management or financial services is preferred.
  2. University degree in Business Management, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Proficiency in SQL and programming languages.
  5. Expertise in Power BI and data visualization.
  6. Motivated, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
  7. Excellent communication skills.
  8. Experience with Salesforce and Alteryx is an asset.
