As the Senior Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects for the MD Program. You will support a variety of tasks, including designing and optimizing databases and creating technical documentation. You will also be developing content for instructional workshops and training end-users on procedures. Your strong analytical, project management, and forward-thinking skills will be important assets to this role.

Your responsibilities will include:

-Developing and implementing new programs and initiatives independently, including developing project schedules, milestones, deliverable and reporting
-Planning and overseeing the implementation of an evaluation framework for assigned projects
-Coordinating tasks for projects and other strategic initiatives with stakeholders.
-Advising on data structure designs; Writing complex specifications based on system requirements
-Designing and optimizing databases; Analyzing datasets and running queries to gather data
-Creating complex and technical documentationand user support guides; Developing content for instructional workshops and training end-users on procedures and the use of supported IT systems
-Monitoring financial accounts for a project and/or program
-Directing the activities of a single ongoing staff-appointed employee


Essential Qualifications:

-Bachelor's Degree or acceptable combination of equivalent experience.
-Minimum five (5) years of relevant experience, supporting large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects, preferably in a University or hospital setting.
-Demonstrated experience planning and overseeing evaluation frameworks related to projects.
-Demonstrated experience analyzing datasets and running queries.
-Strong experience designing and optimizing databases and writing complex specifications.
-Proficiency with monitoring financial accounts related to a project and/or program.
-Experience directing the activities of staff.
-Experience creating technical documentation and developing instructional content to train end-users.
-Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communications skills (oral and written) with an ability to multi-task and prioritize competing demands.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
-Extremely detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
-Demonstrated ability to exercise initiative, sound judgment andlogical thinking
