POSITION SUMMARY :
We are seeking a skilled Senior Analyst to join our team. Working on the Toronto Region Delivery Team (TRDT) you will collaborate with healthcare providers and health system partners to support digital enablement in the Toronto Region. Our goal is to increase adoption of digital health tools to improve access to healthcare for patients. The Senior Analyst contributes to the expansion and delivery of eServices through leading technical deployments and providing project and change management particular this role will be highly involved in delivering eReferral and eConsult solutions for primary care providers and specialists from community and acute care settings. This role will support the advancement of digital health technologies while building efficiencies into day-to-day processes. Strong organizational and communication skills and technical acumen are essential to be successful at working with various stakeholders and contributing to overall project success.
