Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in analog or mixed-signal ASIC design.
• Proven leadership in complex tapeouts and silicon validation.
• Deep experience in both high-speed and high-voltage circuit design.

Responsibilities

• Define technical roadmap and architectural specifications for analog ASICs.
• Serve as primary technical interface with ASIC design houses.
• Lead design and verification strategy for complex tapeouts.
• Oversee advanced lab characterization and silicon performance analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to solve system-level integration challenges.
• Mentor engineering staff and champion design best practices.
